Property orientation days are in depth tours of our specific investment area, for you our investors or potential new investors to understand where they are buying and why. 

These days generally take between four to six hours, depending on your specific needs, strategies and your current experience.

These days consist of viewings of live deals or potential live deals, existing stock, and sometimes whilst current deals are in refurbs stages.

We show you how we analysed this area and constantly update the demand for longevity, also analysing the area and niche areas where the different strategies are stronger.

We will look at layouts, how to get the most out of a property and potentially meeting power team members if they are available.

We will also look at numbers and calculations and make sure they align with your goals.

During which individuals, often prospective investors, are guided through a property to learn about its features, amenities, and layout. These events provide a first hand experience and understanding of the property's layout, design, and potential uses.
