Bespoke Portfolio Builder, who is this for?

This is aimed at investors who have already got a portfolio and are wanting support, guidance and a careful hand to grow and help your portfolio flourish. 

This can also mean assessing your goals and current portfolio to see if it still aligns with what you're trying to achieve. We can look at your current portfolio to see if we can increase productivity. 

We would have an achievable timeline to grow your portfolio in the right way to align with your goals. 

For every property we send out, it comes with:

A full report, all the information on the area, various exit strategies, a full demand report, a full SWOT analysis, accurate DUV allowing for market conditions, a market condition report, specific power team members to help support specific deals, help with challenges and aftercare/hand holding on deals, and full service to make sure your investment needs are supported. 

We would also have regular updates, site visits, look at social housing contracts (if that's your strategy) area analysis, financing, refinancing, tenant profile and demand, if works need doing we would find contractors/builders to achieve this.  

We can look at your current power team and if there are gaps or you're looking to update and refresh your current power team this can also be arranged. 

Every deal sourced for you will be carefully selected to fit your needs and all due diligence and demand checked, we will then go through the deal together to assess. 

We will deal and support with Solicitors, Brokers and find letting agents or social housing contracts for the end user. 

The criteria to work with us - each individual, couple, or business partner(s) must have a minimum of £200k or have access to that amount. 

There is a fee for this service in the form of a retention fee. This would include a plan of how many deals we will source in the specified time agreed.
