What we do -
* Find, analyse and send out property deals to our qualified database. (based on your questionnaire)
* Deal is secured by investor ➡️ Sourcing deposit sent to our client account
* Memorandum of sale sent out to all parties (buyer, seller and both solicitors)
* Communicate with broker where necessary
* Progress the sale
* Exchange
* You pay remainder of sourcing fee
* Completition and Keys
* Refurb or straight to Lettings.
Refurb quality control - for a fee we have a quality control package to monitor your refurb.
* We will look at your scheme of work with your builder
* Establish a programme of checking the quality of works and monitoring the progress to timeframes.
* We will send photographic evidence and video updates every 1-2 weeks.
* Final checks and snagging before you release final payment.
* Hand keys to Letting agent to start Marketing
